Ahhh... one good thing about working in Malaysia is that you get all kinds of public holidays. King's birthday, holiday. King died, holiday. Religious occasions, holiday. New year, (be it Muslim, Chinese or Gregorian calendar), holiday. Man, I love this shit! Of course its interesting to see how all this culture rojak could be blended and harmonized in this country, but heck I just want a holiday.

This time, its a combo public holiday of Deepavali and Hari Raya. Who the hell came out with DeepaRaya anyway? Corny, I'd have to say. Gonna be off work from Tuesday 1st November to Sunday 6th November. Woke up at 5.15 am to start from KL at 6am with Mum today. As usual, during these kinda festivities traffic is a bitch. Just gonna chill lots in Ipoh, play tennis with the kids, and lots of TV. Anyone back in Ipoh for the hols? Perhaps we can go out "Lim Teh".

Speaking of which, here I am now trying to stay awake till 2.30am for the Manchester United vs Lille Champions League match. As hardcore a Red Devil fan I am la, but they have been playing like a bunch of sissies lately. It will be interesting to see if they can pull themselves outta the slumps this season.

Jakun signing out now. Watching the Paris Masters on TV. God, tomorrow gotta hit the courts at 9am. Oh well, its the holidays anyways.
