Today's new year eve of the chinese lunar calendar. To all, Happy Chinese New Year / Gong Xi Fa Cai! May the new year bring you wealth and happiness. Fill your bellies with booze & CNY goodies (like what I have been doing for the past few days, minus the booze) and lay your bets on the table, gamble till kingdom come!

Now that I have gotten all that bull crap outta the way, this auspicious occasion we call Chinese New Year has different meaning for different people. To yours truly, CNY means last minute preparations like cleaning the house, shopping, stocking up the house with foodstuff, which is a pain in the ass when EVERYONE is doing the same thing! You also get to meet relatives, giving honey cake horse smiles, listening to them rant over and over (ala Nelly) about how big I have grown. They have seen me since I was in diapers, shit I better grow! It's a no brainer! The thing I HATE most of CNY, is the traffic. People come back from all over (KL, Penang, Johor, some overseas) to celebrate with their love ones. Of course, they have to bring with them their cars. Hence, the influx of automobiles causing the roads to clog up. It has come to a point of insanity whereby I have to spend 25 mins going to someplace which usually takes me 5!

Anyways, enough of my bitching about CNY. I am just gonna enjoy the goodies, chillax and enjoy my break off work. Take care on the road and have fun during this festive season! Peace out...
