What a weekend!

Mood-O-Meter : Exhausted, but satisfied...
On The Jukebox :
Katie Melua - In My Secret Life
Blog Snack : My morning dose of coffee... ahhhh...

What a weekend! Started off with the Fed Vs. Sampy match in Stadium Malawati on Thursday, 22nd November 2007. Loadsa tennis folks were there, including Ling, Sheena, Justin Khoo and Yee Wah. Anyways, Sampy still packs a huge serve at 200++ km/h! No doubt it was only an exhibition match, but quality of the tennis played was definitely HIGH. Sampy could probably still push for Top 20 in the ATP if he comes back for retirement. Oh yeah, Fed BRILLIANT as usual. Hehehhe.

Weekend was more awesome when I went to Club Med Cherating for BP's LSC AWAY DAY 2007. Food was excellent, with generous portions and great taste. Definitely on the top right quadrant of the volume-quality matrix! Activities wise, you can never run out of things to do. Too bad I did not try the flying trapeze. But swimming in the sea with huge waves was an experience.

I had to do some part in the organizing of the trip, but it was worth the frustrations, stress and effort to put it together. 90 of us pretty much had a blast of a life time la. Some of us got piss drunk, gambled till kingdom come, ate till we drop, partied like hell... Hahahha. Awesome trip.

Community Message My @$$ !!!

Mood-O-Meter : Amazed how dumb the mass media has become!
On The Jukebox : Shakira - Anotologies
Blog Snack : Just had lunch at the canteen

I was taking a leisurely drive back to Ipoh last Friday, chilling out listening to my then favorite radio station. Suddenly the radio station was airing their usual community messages. These messages are suppose to spread positive values to listeners.

The message goes like this: "If things do not go your way, complain away till your dreams come true". That really ticked me off big time. I was like, "WHAT THE FUCK?" Is this how you tell youths to achieve their ambitions? Complain till someone sympathizes and gives you what you want? Dude, that is pathetic.

Oh well, I have stopped listening to this radio station, taken away from "my favorites" list. This radio station was already rather "poser-ish" trying to portray a cool image to listeners. And now they are airing negative values via their community messages? They've just lost one listener last weekend... *SIGH*

Geronimmooooo... Leap Of Faith 2

Mood-O-Meter : Guilty, Sad, Relieved, Excited, Happy... All Rojak?
On The Jukebox : Bob Segar - Old Time Rock N Roll
Blog Snack : Lunch at Sony's Shop

Hey all, finally I am taking my second Leap Of Faith. After 2.5 memorable years with BP Port Klang, I'm moving on to P&G Singapore! I'll be starting Jan '08, so I'd be hunting down those of you who are there. hahahha.. You waaaiiiittt... It'll be a totally different lifestyle altogether for me. No more cars, different company, different challenges, less golf (SOB!). Exciting times lie ahead for me. ;)

Changed my steel shafts for my Grand Monarch Irons. Man, it's sweeettt... A little bit heavier and stiffer than the old ones. But after a few swings, the NS Pro 950s sure is a worthy investment! Will definitely golf till I drop before moving to Singapore. Heh heh.

Chicago Rocks! Went for the play in KL Convention Center with Mum. Understandably the props weren't that great, but everything else was GREAT, PERFECT, AWESOME!!! Weird that there were so many empty seats in the Plenary Hall though.

Anyone else witnessed this masterpiece?
