What a week!

Mood-O-Meter : Exhausted, can't wait to sleep
On The Jukebox :
David Bowie's Under Pressure keep playing in my head!
Blog Snack : Peel Fresh's Unsweetened Mangosteen Juice (funky taste, this one)

What a week it has been! Tuesday I went for a concert. These guys are in town. :) They can really jam their instruments away. But sometimes they leave their screaming female teenage fans lost when they sing unfamiliar songs. SGD125 for an hour show was kinda pricey for me. Nevertheless, the show was good. The last track, She Will Be Loved was excellent!

Saturday was Broadway's turn to enthrall me. Watched "We Will Rock You", a play written by Queen and Ben Elton, with loads of songs from Queen and other oldies hits. It was THE best play I've been to. It was that good, highly recommended!

Ai't maties, I'm beat. Gonna crash in bed. Jakun's Outta Here!

Post Elections Reflections

Mood-O-Meter : Curious what would happen to Malaysia after Oppositions' fruitful wins?
On The Jukebox : Pleasure Factory OST
Blog Snack : Banana Walnut Bread

Post Elections. The results were interesting indeed. I knew that the Ruling Party's majority will be slimmer than the previous elections, but 5 STATES going to the Opposition? I am very sure the Opposition must be caught pleasantly surprised as well. They must be thinking, "Shit, now what?" Heck, signs of Post Election Chaos is already starting to show. Police had to disperse riots in Penang and Perak. Government is calling off mega projects in some of the States that fell to the Opposition. Opposition parties are fighting amongst themselves on who gets what position. It will be interesting how well the Opposition will cope, it will be interesting if the Opposition can remain united or not, it will be interesting to see how the Ruling Party will gain the People's trust again. It will be an interesting period for Malaysia.

But one thing is for sure, this dude is the man to watch. He is plotting a helluva Homecoming Party.

Managed to catch some really good Singaporean movies lately.

Ah Long Private Limited: If you are as sick as me and you like laughing at pansies.

The Leap Years: A romance movie that was tastefully done. Not too corny, not too boring.

Pleasure Factory: I so want to catch this! I cannot find a DVD anywhere, they do not sell it openly because it is rated R21. About the sex trade in Geylang
